These brass mills from Alexander Handcrafted Mills have been expertly crafted in Greece since 1977. Consistently revered for their functionality, pleasing aesthetic, and durability, designed to hold space in your kitchen for decades.
This brass pepper mill has a 100% metal mechanism with an intricate cut system designed to grind the peppercorns rather than smash them, maximizing the flavour and aroma. Common pepper mills only smash the peppercorns which severely limits the flavour release.
The mills feature an adjustable mechanism between fine and coarse grinding to suit your recipe and work in three easy steps: First, the mill grabs and cracks each peppercorn in half. Next, it cuts them into even smaller pieces before sending them to the small teeth to grind each into your selected width.
