An Important Note to our U.S. Customers 

We currently ship all orders heading to the United States on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and are expediting all U.S. orders to help them move quickly through transit and customs. Tuesdays and Thursdays are considered to be lower volume days, which help ensure your order moves through customs as smoothly as possible. 

Once your order has crossed the border, it is processed by U.S. customs. While we provide all required documentation in advance to support a smooth clearance, timelines at this stage are unfortunately outside of our control and may vary. Due to these procedures being out of our control, we are unable to offer additional expedited services at this time. 

We appreciate your patience as your order makes its way to you, and we remain available should you have any questions along the way.

Oversized items incur an additional $30 CAD fee, as indicated on the product page. These items are not eligible for the free shipping offer for orders over $100 CAD. 

Local pickup is available for those located within the Winnipeg area between the hours of 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. You may select local pickup as your preferred shipping method at checkout. Rush Shipping

If you need an item quicker than posted shipping speeds, please contact care@junehomesupply.com. We will do our best to accommodate rush shipping.

PO Boxes

Carriers may not deliver to PO boxes. We recommend shipping to residential or business addresses to avoid delays in processing or delivery. Please contact care@junehomesupply.com if you have any questions.

After orders have been picked up by partner carriers, we are not responsible for delays, missing/lost packages, or shipping damage.**

Please keep an eye on your tracking number to ensure a successful delivery and contact the carrier if you have further questions about your parcel.

Rejected, undeliverable and unclaimed parcels will be shipped back to Canada and any additional shipping fees, duties and/or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
