Before first use, it is recommend to wash thoroughly with a clean sponge and detergent. Copper or scotch sponges are best for the task.

Wash and dry thoroughly after every use. Dishwasher safe, though we recommend washing by hand to preserve. If you do opt for the dishwasher, consider quickly drying the cutlery after a wash cycle to help preserve its appearance.

In case of stains or marks, use a clean sponge and cleanser to remove.
