International orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Rush Shipping
If you need an item quicker than posted shipping speeds, please contact care@junehomesupply.com. We will do our best to accommodate rush shipping.

PO Boxes
Carriers may not deliver to PO boxes. We recommend shipping to residential or business addresses to avoid delays in processing or delivery. Please contact care@junehomesupply.com if you have any questions.

After orders have been picked up by partner carriers, we are not responsible for delays, missing/lost packages, or shipping damage. Any amount owing upon delivery or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please keep an eye on your tracking number to ensure a successful delivery and contact the carrier if you have further questions about your parcel.
Rejected, undeliverable and unclaimed parcels will be shipped back to Canada and any additional shipping fees, duties and/or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
